Frisco's Main Street! What a beautiful little mountain town!
Frisco has a convenient location just before Breckenridge real estate and right off Interstate 70. It has a charming Main Street, with lovely shops, coffee houses, and restaurants. It's almost hard to believe that it was a place where the Ute Indians once traveled through, and mountain men trapped beaver in the high mountain lakes and streams.

Frisco is convenient to Denver, and is an easy drive to 5 major ski areas!
Once upon a time there were miners, stagecoaches and a railroad line, but today, bordering the shores of beautiful Lake Dillon, and surrounded by the Arapahoe National Forest, with tremendous mountain views, Frisco has the small town feel with all the amenities of a much larger town. It has a Walmart and Safeway store. Winter or summer, this little mountain town is the place to be! Check out the Frisco Historical Park, where you can see nineteenth century log cabins, including a chapel, private residences, and a jailhouse. Grab a bite at The Boatyard, one of our favorite restaurants. Frisco Single Family Homes generally run from the $350,000 range to over $2 million, and Frisco Condos and Townhomes start at around $170,000 for an older 2 BR 1 bath condo up to over 1 million dollars for a Marina Park Condominium.
Hard to believe, but this wonderful spot is just a short distance from I-70.

A view of Lake Dillon, between Frisco and Dillon on the Dam Road.

Greys and Torries, to the east.
