One of the most popular Breckenridge, Colorado resort properties is the Beaver Run Resort.  The Beaver Run condos are right next to the Beaver Run Super Chair and Quicksilver Six, ensuring a lasting Breckenridge CO real estate investment

Masters at accommodating snowy skiers and snowboarders, Beaver Run offers unsurpassed service for families, groups, and conferences.  The Town Trolley and the Summit Shuttle make it easy for residents and vacationers to access world-class skiing and riding at other resorts and towns such as Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, and Frisco near Breckenridge real estate.

With accommodations ranging from deluxe to luxury in one of America's favorite alpine destinations, these Breckenridge real estate condos become available in a variety of sizes—from studio to four bedroom units.  A typical one-bedroom condo at Beaver Run may generate over $30,000 yearly profit and a two-bedroom may bring in over $50,000 a year.  Some owners also use their investments as vacation homes or timeshares.

The marvelous service for guests continues throughout the summer months when activities like hiking, mountain biking, fly-fishing, white-water rafting, and horseback riding draw visitors to the Colorado Rockies.  With championship golf at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Breckenridge Golf Club or The Raven at Three Peaks a short distance away, the resort remains Grand Central Station.  Additional outdoor music festivals, parades, and a summer film festival are some of the community bonding activities that families and organizations seek out in the area.

On a daily basis, children are right at home with variety of fun activities and amenities tailored to their needs including an on-site 9-hole miniature golf course.  Additionally, the Kinderhut Children's Ski School and Infant/Toddler Nursery is a state licensed facility with childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 2˝ years and ski instruction for children 2˝ to 6 years old.

The Spa at Beaver Run is brand new.  Offering couples massage, seaweed and mud wraps, the Watsu therapy pool, Bindi herbal body treatments, and a long menu of other choices including manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, oxygen therapy, and exclusive hot tubs, the Spa also offers incredible views of Mount Baldy.

Then, there’s Spencer's Restaurant.  It is conveniently located at the base of Peak 9 and features upscale dining in a casual atmosphere.  In addition to offering full breakfast and lunch buffets, Spencer's is best known for the nightly All-You-Can-Eat Prime Rib.  Skywalk Market features breakfast and deli sandwiches, pizza, groceries and souvenirs.  Refreshments are served at the Base Nine Bar as well as at the Coppertop Cafe & Bar with its barbecue and sing-a-long located slope-side.

And that’s only the beginning of the pampering.  A concierge and business center, a heated indoor/outdoor pool, another heated outdoor pool, several hot tubs, an exercise room, sauna and steam room, a tennis court, in-room movies and games, arcade games, ski storage, ski and snowboard shops, laundry and dry cleaning services, Jeep rentals, other shuttles, and free parking are important elements of a good vacation.

Experience the resort by checking into the hotel and taking advantage of one of the specials that may include Lake Dillon fishing, a cattle drive, or paintball.  Or book a company convention in the 35,000 square feet of meeting space that will accommodate groups of 10 to 700 in three ballrooms including the new Imperial Ballroom with floor-to-ceiling views of the Rocky Mountains, catered as a barbecue or a black-tie gala.

Just two hours west of Denver International Airport via Interstate 70 and Colorado Highway 9 southbound.  Arriving from Denver, drive westbound on I-70 through the Eisenhower Tunnel and across the Continental Divide.  At Exit 203, Highway 9 South, travel 10 miles south.  From Colorado Springs, it will take about 2 ˝ hours from the airport on U.S. 24 northwest and then C-9 northbound.
