The spacious Gold Point Condominiums feature spectacular views overlooking the Town of Breckenridge, the Breckenridge Ski Resort, and the entire Ten Mile Range.  This prime Breckenridge real estate is rated a Five Star vacation-ownership resort.  These are some of the nicest and most convenient homes in all of Summit County--including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Dillon

With dramatic open floor plans and contemporary southwest ambiance, these vacation homes in Breckenridge have vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces, large private decks, personal garages, ski lockers, and full kitchens.

From one- to three-bedroom units and penthouses—with timeshare vacation ownership, re-sales, and foreclosures—choose real estate in Breckenridge suitable for your budget and needs.  It makes sense to own rather than rent.  When you acquire a vacation ownership at Gold Point, the vast majority of your vacation accommodations will freeze at today’s rates.  In addition, weeks can be exchanged worldwide through Interval International with the Five Star advantage.  That means you will receive the highest luxury exchange value possible.

Owners of these Breckenridge CO homes choose whether or not to rent out their properties, whether to keep the lock-off section available for personal use, and which times of the year their own family and friends will be enjoying a ski vacation, playing golf, or mountain biking.  Because of the lock-off nature of each residence, owners have complete flexibility.  The lock-off allows owners to use only what they need and to rent the extra lodging without hassles.  Management takes care of your vacation home while you are gone, so you never need to worry about replacing furniture, paying utility bills, taxes, or other details that accompany full ownership.

Amenities include hot tubs in each building, free shuttle service into town, a full-service reservations department to assist with accommodations, discounted airfare, car rentals, transportation from the airport, ski and snowboard rental packages, appointments at the Grand Victorian Day Spa and Salon, and more.

To get to Gold Point Lodge from Denver, drive approximately 90 miles up I-70 to the Frisco/Breckenridge Exit #203.  In the turnaround area, take the bridge over the interstate.  Turn left on Highway 9 through Frisco and continue about 10 miles to the last light in Breckenridge.  Turn left at the Conoco station onto Boreas Pass Road (which is called Broken Lance Road to the right!)  Go up Boreas Pass about 2 miles.  Turn left on Baldy Road and go 1 mile to Gold Point.  The Summit Stage stops right here so cars can be left at home.

Continuing on to Boreas Pass at 11,481 feet along the Continental Divide and the border between Park and Summit counties, adventurers find plenty of places to ride mountain bikes, hike, horseback ride, run, ski, and snowshoe.  In the 1860s, the pass was known as Breckenridge Pass and served as an early route for thousands of prospectors during the Colorado Gold Rush who crossed from South Park to look for gold in the Blue River Valley.
