Fourmile Creek Ranch has a lot to offer, acreage with beautiful settings, upscale homes, common river area, and this area is located near National Forest and close to Breckenridge real estate. Filing 1 is accessed through Park County Road 18, just south of Fairplay, Colorado. This is a beautiful drive and is paved about 1/2 of the way to the subdivision. We have a beautiful home listed in Filing 1, that is adjacent to national forest, with a gorgeous setting!
