Valley of the Sun encompasses a huge area of land located off of Highway 9, between Alma and Fairplay in prime Park County real estate.  It is conveniently close to Breckenridge real estate and all of the ski resorts and recreation options so loved by visitors and residents to the Colorado Rockies.  The roads meander, (so call us for a map). Most homes in Valley of the Sun are on one acre or larger. This alpine area is heavily populated with pine trees. Homes in Valley of the Sum have a wide variety of great mountain views. The lovely Sacramento Creek runs through the valley.
