Rick Allemang
Broker/Owner

Rick Allemang is the Employing Broker of RealEstateColorado.com, and has been selling Real Estate in the Breckenridge area since 1991. Some of his strongest character traits include honesty, integrity and discipline. He was born in Oklahoma City, but even as a young boy, he wanted to live in the Mountains of Colorado. He finally made the move in 1985, and worked towards that goal. "Well, everything I needed to know in business, I basically learned as a paper boy," Rick says, "I learned that to succeed that you need to work hard and you must give your customers the best service possible."

Suzy, his wife of 15 years adds, "Rick is a great salesperson, he keeps his cool at all times, treats people with the utmost respect, is a tough negotiator and will do whatever it takes to get the deal done," "I was impressed with his honesty and ideals when I first met him, and he has maintained those traits and has gotten even better with time!" Rick and Suzy have been working happily together since 1993.

"I enjoy sales, and if you enjoy what you do, then it comes through in your work." Rick & Suzy have completed hundreds of transactions, and sold many millions of dollars over the past decade, and the experience and expertise they bring to the table makes their clients feel that they are in good hands.

When Rick is not working, and that doesn’t happen very often, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, skiing, and four-wheeling in the new Hummer! "The place that we live in is so special, I am a truly lucky man to be able to live and work here! I hope that I can help other people to achieve their dreams as I have."

"I’ve worked hard since I was 10 years old, and the same attributes that make a good paperboy are basically what makes a good Realtor, honesty, integrity, self-discipline and mutual respect. Getting repeat business is very important to me, because that means my clients are happy with the results, and that is key... I guess that the more things change, the more they stay the same."

Suzy Allemang
Broker Associate/Owner

Suzy Allemang was born Suzanne Anita Lucero in Pueblo Colorado, and has continued to be a proud, lifelong resident of this great state. "Colorado is the best place to be, I love to travel, but no matter where I go, it is always great to come home!" Her family has been native to the Southern Colorado, northern New Mexico area for over 400 years.

She spent over 10 years in the health care industry, working as a Respiratory Therapist. "At a certain point, we just felt that Denver was not where we wanted to be forever…" so Rick and Suzy moved to Breckenridge in 1990 with nothing but their youthful energy and a strong instinct for survival. "We came up here to clean condos and vacation homes! Now we sell them!" After their first holiday season, working like crazy to make ends meet, the payroll was stolen, and Rick & Suzy were left with nothing to show for their hard work, so Suzy decided to go back to working at Rose Medical Center in Denver, and Rick decided to get his Real Estate License. After a couple of very lean & lonely years, Rick encouraged Suzy to get her license, and things seemed to click. "That was one of the scariest things I ever did, all our eggs were in one basket, and it was do or die! So for roughly 9 years, we worked at 2 different national Real Estate franchise offices in Breckenridge. After that, we felt that we needed to move on, and decided to create our own business, based upon our perception that the Internet was going to change forever how people purchase Real Estate. We saw that by embracing technology, we would be able to provide our Clients with services, information and attention that previously, would have been difficult to imagine."

Suzy is responsible for doing the virtual tours and photos on the website, flyers and MLS system. "I try to make things look as good as they can look from an aesthetic perspective…I aim for the perfect shot. I’ve always loved the art of photography. If I can generate sincere interest for our listings because the photos are excellent and eye catching, if I can gain the attention of a buyer who sees that perfect property, whether it’s on the internet, or a flyer, then I have done my job well." Suzy loves her family and her pets, riding her motorcycle, driving in her convertible, and basically appreciating the miracle of life. "I am a nurturing person at heart, and I definitely feel a certain satisfaction through helping others achieve their dreams."

Naesa Robertson
Broker Associate/Buyer Specialist

The northern portion of the state of Louisiana and the small burg of West Monroe hold fond memories from my birth. Some 5 years later Soldotna, Alaska would become home, offering an enormous change from the sweltering heat and humidity of the South. My formative years would be spent just south of Anchorage and situated near Kenai National Park and Wildlife Refuge. It was there that I acquired a fervent respect and love for the outdoors, and soon became an avid fisherman, hiker, and camper.

Greater vocational opportunities drew me to Denver in 2000, where I pursued my career in Real Estate, passed my boards, and began work for HOME Real Estate in 2003. Energetic and diligent in my labors, I found much success and gratification selling the metropolitan Denver area. The lure of the mountains was not to be overlooked. So my husband who shares my love for wildlife and the outdoors agreed to relocate. We now find ourselves firmly entrenched in Summit County and the Blue River community.

Being raised in Arizona was a dream for a kid, however I knew early on that I wanted to move to the mountains and escape the heat. After numerous ski trips, I realized that Colorado would be my home. In 1980, I packed my bags and started driving. With $300 and a ski pass, I landed in Breckenridge. With one stoplight and wooden sidewalks, I knew this was home. After various jobs, I realized that selling real estate was my passion. I really enjoy sharing my love for this area with others that are driven here for the same reason. What an extraordinary community this has become.

Whether you are a first time buyer, an experienced investor, or fulfilling your dream of retirement, you deserve an agent who will work tirelessly on your behalf to achieve fast, positive results. With creative thinking, I am determined to find new ideas to position my clients with fresh and interesting alternatives.

I promise to exceed your expectations with the unique combination of care and local knowledge of the market. My experience, attention to detail, and marketing skills has built my reputation for client satisfaction.
